We think it is important to make buying from Blend a personalised experience so we do not process orders on-line. If there is an item on our web-site you are interested in, you can contact us by phone, fax or email. We will be happy to answer any questions you may have as well as offer advice on colours, materials, sizes, options etc. When you have decided on the item(s) you wish to buy, you will need to complete our Order Form and return it to us.

On receipt of the Order Form we will send a confirmation of your order at the same time confirming approximate delivery times and requesting payment. As most of our items are made to order by our suppliers, once we receive your payment items cannot be cancelled. Depending on the supplier, deliveries can take up to 10 weeks.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Switch cards, money orders and personal cheques.

We can arrange delivery and shipping through reputable carriers and will advise on costs when items are ordered. For items shipped outside the UK, customs and duty are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
